This is the online registration system for the SHERRY BIKE. From here you can easily register for the race of your choice. Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.

Those registered until 2 March will have the jersey included in the registration fee and will receive it in their runner’s bag.
Those registered after 3 March who want to receive the jersey after the race, within at least 60 days, will have to pay a supplement of 12€ for shipping costs.

To register for the SHERRY BIKE you must be of legal age, read and accept the ‘Declaration of Physical Fitness and Disclaimer’ at the time of registration, by which the participant declares to be aware of the physical demands of the race, to be in optimal physical condition to face it and exonerates the Organization of any possible health problems that may arise from their participation in the SHERRY BIKE.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds will be made no later than 30 days after the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the cancellation request has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, who will give it to the candidate who is at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organisation offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all those runners who have contracted this service.
This refund will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the race. After this date no registration will be refunded.
Insurance price: 10€.
The cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration. Once the registration has been formalised, it will not be possible to contract the cancellation insurance
The organisation offers the possibility of changing the name of the bib/chip as long as there is no waiting list in the registered modality.
To make the change you will have to send an email to sherrybike@terrainconita.group with the details of the new runner.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the event if the bibs are not sold out. In case the bibs are sold out, no change will be made.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at sherrybike@terraincognita.group , the bib holder change will be made effective within 7 days.
Cost: 5€.
The organisation offers the possibility of changing the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:

All registrations for any modality of the SHERRY BIKE will be made exclusively online through the website.
Registrations will be direct and those registered will appear on the list of participants once payment has been correctly made.
