SHERRY BIKE MEDIA
The SHERRY BIKE combines the personal challenge with the opportunity to discover one of Spain’s great cultural and natural heritages, Jerez de la Frontera and the Marco del Jerez. Cyclists will ride through the most famous avenues, streets and squares of the city of Jerez de la Frontera and the most magical paths and lanes of the vineyards of the Marco del Sherry.
The SHERRY BIKE is designed for everyone, so you can enjoy it with MTB, GRAVEL and E-MTB bikes.
Description
The Sherry Bike Media offers the unique opportunity to cycle through Jerez de la Frontera and the sea of vineyards that surround the city and form part of the Marco de Jerez, participating in a shorter distance modality and enjoying the essence of Sherry Bike.
Starting at 9:00h from the winery Las Copas de Gonzalez Byass, the route enters the heart of the vineyards, passing through the main vineyard houses and finishing at the winery Las Copas de Gonzalez Byass, where the finish line is located.
The Sherry Bike Half Marathon will have a distance of approximately 52 kms starting on Saturday 20th April at 9:00h. The start is 30 minutes after the Sherry Bike Marathon.

Recommended material
The organisers recommend that SHERRY BIKE riders carry the following equipment for the event:
- Mobile phone with a charged battery.
- Containers and/or watertight bags for liquids: With a minimum total capacity of 1L.
- Sunglasses.
- Sun cream: Total protection.
- Electrolytes and/or mineral salts.
- Food reserve: bars, gels...
- Puncture repair kit
Cloakroom
The organisers will have a cloakroom service where runners can leave their belongings, located in the start/finish area.
The cloakroom will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
CONSIDERATIONS
● Please do not leave valuables in the bags. The Organization is not responsible for the objects handed in.
Showers
Runners will be able to use the showers located in the Bodega de Las Copas (finish line).
