The SHERRY PROMO offers the unique opportunity to run through the sea of vineyards that surround the city and form part of the Marco de Jerez, taking part in a special race of less physical demand over a distance of 14 kilometres.
The SHERRY PROMO will start on the 4th of May at 10:30 am at the Marcharnudo. As soon as we set off, we will enter the sea of vineyards of the Marco de Jerez, sharing the route with the Sherry Marathon. After passing some of the main vineyard houses of the bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera, the route ends in the centre of the city in the Alameda Vieja.
A route for all audiences that shares the route and the essence of what the Sherry Maraton is.
The Sherry Promo has the category Hiker and Nordic Walking for all those participants who want to participate in the race in a less demanding way.

The organisers recommend that SHERRY MARATHON runners carry the following equipment to be able to complete the race:
The Organisation will have a cloakroom service where runners can leave their belongings, located in the finish line area in the Alameda Vieja.
The cloakroom will be open from 8:00 to 14:30 on Sunday.
CONSIDERATIONS
Please do not leave valuables in the bags. The organisers cannot be held responsible for the objects handed in.
Runners will be able to use the showers located in the Vega Veguita Sports Centre.

Participants in the SHERRY PROMO will be provided with a free shuttle bus that will take them from the Alameda Vieja (finish line) to the Finca Marcharnudo, where the start of this modality is located.
The departure time of the shuttle buses will be from 8:30 to 9:15 on Sunday.
CONSIDERATIONS
All participants are kindly requested to make use of this service as parking will not be possible at the start.
Please arrive in good time and do not wait for the last bus in order to avoid crowds and to be able to transport everyone.
After 9:15 no bus will leave after this time.
